DAY 1

Welcome to Bali!

Picked up at the airport driven to your hotel in Sanur - you are booked in for a massage and freshen up ready for the adventure to begin.

Bali is known as the island of the gods, where you will discover temples on every corner, even in every house. You will be surprised by the number of people who leave offerings of flowers almost everywhere, filling the place with their exquisite fragrances. These enchanting scents will remind you at every moment that you are in Bali, awakening your senses and your memory. 

You will be delighted to discover that your hotel for your first night of your stay in Bali is ideally nestled near the white sand beach of Sanur. Known for its tranquil and relaxed atmosphere, Sanur offers beautiful golden sandy beaches lined with palm trees, ideal for relaxing and swimming.

Your hotel is 500 meters from Sanur Beach. Has a swimming pool and sun loungers. The air-conditioned rooms feature a kettle, minibar, safe, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower.

Depending on your arrival time, either today or the next day you will benefit from a free 60-minute traditional Balinese massage for 2 people. This massage combines gentle, rhythmic movements with firm pressure to release muscle tension and promote blood circulation. Perfect to welcome you after a long journey of travel.

DAY 2

To Ubud - Art Market of Sukawati - Waterfall of Tegenungan

Today after a delicious breakfast at your hotel. Your English speaking driver will greet you and take you to your next destination in Ubud. The center of art, spiritualism, and culture of Bali.

 

Along the way, you will have the opportunity to discover the Sukawati art market, the center for Balinese crafts. This quaint market is full of artisan treasures, from colorful fabrics to wooden sculptures to handmade jewelry. You can stroll through the lively alleys and admire the unique creations of local art, while enjoying the dynamic and warm atmosphere of the market. This enriching stop will allow you to immerse yourself in the culture and art of Bali, and leave with authentic memories of your trip

After that your driver will take you to discover one of the immense waterfalls in the south of Ubud, Tegenungan, a tropical setting offering an enchanting panorama of the surrounding majestic coconut trees. To reach this natural wonder you will have to descend some 200 steps, but the effort will be well rewarded with a refreshing swim under the waterfall. Don't forget to bring your swimwear to fully enjoy this unique experience.

At the end of the day, you'll arrive at your hotel in Ubud, nestled just a 15-minute drive from the bustling center. Set against a backdrop of picturesque rice fields, this charming retreat offers a tranquil escape. Featuring an inviting outdoor pool, your accommodation awaits in a spacious wooden bungalow adorned with traditional Balinese décor. DAY 3

Sacred Monkey Forest Ubud - Ubud art market - Walk in the nature - Kecak fire dance show

This morning you will be welcome by our driver at your hotel. He will drive you to start the adventure today by exploring the captivating Monkey Forest in Ubud center, home to over 700 playful long-tailed macaques. Wander through lush jungle pathways, where ancient temples and moss-covered statues add to the mystical ambiance. Experience the rich biodiversity with 186 tree species and abundant wildlife. Lose yourself in this enchanting sanctuary, where nature and culture intertwine in perfect harmony.

After your delightful visit to the Monkey Forest, get ready for another authentic experience in Ubud. Nearby, you'll find the lively traditional art market, where local artists display their beautiful creations. Take in the vibrant atmosphere as you wander among stalls filled with colourful paintings, handmade crafts, and intricate wood carvings. It's achance to see Bali's rich cultural heritage come to life through its art. Soak up the energy of the market and immerse yourself in Ubud's artistic spirit.

Close by, you'll have the opportunity to explore the charming Ubud Royal Palace picturesque small garden. But here's a fascinating twist: Did you know that this palace, also known as Puri Saren Agung, has a rich history dating back to the 1800s, serving as the official residence of the Ubud royal family? As you wander through its ornate halls and tranquil gardens, you'll feel transported back in time to an era of regal splendor and cultural significance.

Get ready to immerse yourself in Balinese culture as you head to the city center to witness a mesmerizing dance performance. Balinese dance is not just a form of entertainment; it's a sacred art form that tells stories of mythology, religion, and history.

Kecak dance performance is a Balinese vocal percussion choir originally accompanying trances during rituals.

A chorus of about 30 men narrates the episode where the monkeys help Prince Rama defeat the demon Ravana to recover his wife Sita kidnapped by Ravana. For this they sing uninterruptedly the distinctive “chak-a-chak-a-chak” and make synchronized movements around the different protagonists of the story who intervene in the center, surrounded by the choir.

DAY 4

Day 4: Trekking in Tegallalang rice terrace - Sacred Temple Tirta Empul - SPA Balinese

Today, you will go to the north to Ubud, where an extraordinary adventure awaits. Get ready to explore one of Bali's most breathtaking treasures—the Tegallalang rice terrace. Accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide, you'll venture off the beaten path to discover this remarkable destination, far from the crowds of tourists. Along the way, marvel at the verdant rice fields stretching before you and soak up the vibrant culture of the locals who work with dedication and passion. 

 

After this relaxing walk, you will have the chance to visit a small traditional village and be warmly welcomed into an authentic Balinese house. You will have the pleasure of tasting a tasty fresh coconut, while discovering the customs and traditions of this charming local community.

Next, you'll visit the famous Tirta Empul temple to learn about Balinese culture. Did you know? This temple is super important in Bali. It's special because it has a natural spring with holy water. People come from far away to bathe in the water because they believe it cleanses them spiritually and brings blessings. So get ready to explore this special place and discover more about Bali's traditions and beliefs.

After that, our driver will take you to the best SPA and traditional massage in Ubud. We invite you to a moment of deep relaxation and pleasure of the senses. You can enjoy a scrub, a massage and a spice bath as a couple in a very beautiful Spa, typically Balinese, built with natural materials. You will first enjoy a traditional Balinese massage for couple. After this unique moment, you will enjoy a scrub and a body mask before slipping into a spice bath with captivating aromas and flowers while sipping a delicious, invigorating ginger tea.

DAY 5

To Sekumpul - Traditional fruit market Bedugul - Trek rain forest - Crossing lake with canoe

 

Today, you will head to the north of the island, towards Sekumpul. On the way, you will have the chance to discover the traditional Bedugul market, where you will be amazed by a multitude of colors, scents, and flavors. This market is a true treasure trove of local culture, offering a wide variety of exotic fruits, fresh vegetables and colorful flowers. Your guide will introduce you to a variety of tropical fresh fruits and snacks ,perhaps including something you've never tried before. Get ready to tantalise your taste buds with exotic flavours.

Then not far from there, you will see the magnificent Tamblingan Lake. This is where you will begin your peaceful jungle trek, accompanied by a local forest guide. During this easy 40-minute walk, you will explore the secrets and wonders of this lush rainforest, amazed by the natural beauty that surrounds you.

At the end of your hike, you will board a canoe to cross the lake, enjoying the quiet serenity of this aquatic oasis. And once on the other bank, you will be greeted by a striking panorama: a magnificent temple, majestically stands on the banks of Lake Tamblingan, will offer you a breathtaking view of a dream setting, of breathtaking beauty.

Afterward, you'll head to your hotel in Sekumpul. Along the way, you'll pass through clove plantations. Sekumpul is known for its abundant vegetation, boasting a wide variety of tropical fruits like magosteen, jackfruits, and mangoes, and numerous spices like cinnamon, vanilla, and star anise waiting to be discovered. Keep an eye out for the diverse flora that enriches this vibrant region as you journey to your accommodation.

Your one-night stay hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the stunning Sekumpul Waterfall. It offers a picturesque view of the verdant valley below. Enjoy the serene ambiance and unwind by the inviting outdoor pool, which also provides a breathtaking backdrop of the surrounding landscape.

DAY 6

Sekumpul waterfall - Lunch in local house - To Tejakula

This morning, prepare yourself for an unforgettable experience: the discovery of the famous Sekumpul waterfall. You will be accompanied by an experienced local guide, who will take you through the steep jungle trails to reach this impressive natural spectacle. Throughout this captivating adventure, you will be dazzled by the beauty of the surrounding nature and fascinated by the stories and traditions of the local community.

At the end of the trek, you'll have the opportunity to visit one of the locals' homes for lunch. You'll be warmly welcomed by Iluh, your host, who will invite you into her kitchen to share the experience of cooking a local dish together. Get ready to learn firsthand from Iluh as she imparts her knowledge and culinary secrets, making this meal not only delicious but also a memorable cultural exchange.

Afterward, as you bid farewell to Sekumpul, you'll carry with you cherished memories of your time there. Your journey will then take you northward to the serene shores of Tejakula Beach, where tranquility awaits.


Your next hotel has a stunning view of the sea and a lovely outdoor garden where you can relax surrounded by beautiful plants. After your day out, you can chill by the pool, which is perfect for unwinding. Plus, the hotel has a fantastic restaurant. It's known for its delicious food and you can enjoy your meal while enjoying the amazing views of the sea and the pretty garden. Evening is free at your hotel by the sea. Dinner is not included.

DAY 7

To Candidasa - View Agung volcano - Tirta Gangga - Taman Ujung garden

This morning after breakfast at your hotel. Your driver will be ready to take you to your next stop, to Candidasa, the east part of Bali. He will drive along the coast, with a lovely view from the car. You will have a few stops along the way. After an hour's drive you will stop in front of the beautiful view of the Tianyar savannah where you can also see the most sacred volcano Agung in the background.

After that, we continued the journey to Tirta Gangga garden. The meaning of this name is the water of the Ganges in India. This park was built by the king of Karangasem in 1946. The beauty of this park is still preserved until now.

Then, your driver will take you to Taman Ujung. It is a historical park located in Amlapura, a town in the Karangasem region. The park was built in the early 20th century by the last king of Karangasem, as a vacation spot for the royal family.

The park covers an area of 10 hectares and is integrated into an architectural style mixing Balinese and European elements. The main entrance to the park is decorated with stone columns and arches, while the surrounding buildings feature European architectural elements such as shuttered windows and balconies.

Your one-night stay in Candidasa offers a picturesque sea view from your accommodation. With only two bungalows on the property, each room boasts a charming terrace overlooking the ocean. Additionally, you'll find a delightful outdoor pool by the coconut trees in the garden area. The accommodation also features a unique open-roof bathroom, allowing you to shower under the stars while enjoying the soothing sounds of nature.

DAY 8

Flight to Labuan Bajo

This morning, our taxi driver will pick you up to take you to the airport for your short flight to Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, our driver will be waiting to escort you to the hotel, which is just a 5-minute drive away.

Your hotel in Labuan Bajo has a nice spacious garden, an outdoor swimming pool, and a beachfront restaurant offering a view of the beach. You will have 1 bedroom with double beds and ensuite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the hotel provides a taxi service to the city center, just a 5-minute ride away, at an extra charge.

Evening is free at your hotel by the beach. Lunch and dinner are not included.

DAY 9

Departure cruise Komodo

This morning, our taxi driver will pick you up to take you to the airport for your short flight to Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, our driver will be waiting to escort you to the hotel, which is just a 5-minute drive away.

Your hotel in Labuan Bajo has a nice spacious garden, an outdoor swimming pool, and a beachfront restaurant offering a view of the beach. You will have 1 bedroom with double beds and ensuite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the hotel provides a taxi service to the city center, just a 5-minute ride away, at an extra charge.

Kanawa Island - Manta point - Taka Makassar sand banks

This morning, a taxi will pick you up from your hotel to take you to the port. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by an English-speaking guide and boat crew, dedicated to ensuring your comfort throughout the journey.


The adventure begins with a visit to Kanawa Island, renowned for its superb white sand beaches. Get ready for your snorkeling session in the crystal clear waters surrounding this picturesque island.

Then you will sail to Manta Point if you are lucky you can see dolphins crossing the ocean. The most common dolphins are bottlenose dolphins which can be identified by their rounded heads, short, raven beaks and gray bodies. Then, arriving at the manta points, you go snorkeling with your guide to find the majestic manta rays. The wingspan of adults can reach up to 6.7 meters. In Komodo, mantas often reside on or near a specific site, including Manta Alley and Karang Makassar, where they feed and visit cleaning stations.

 

Then you will visit Makassar Reef. Makassar is a type of coral reef bank located 30 km from Labuan Bajo. Here you'll snorkel in the crystal clear turquoise waters and see fish exploding with color swimming around the magnificent coral cover. Makassar Reef is a good place to observe green turtles. You may also spot bumblebee parrotfish, nudibranchs, mantis shrimp, jawfish, thorny rays, blacktip sharks, bamboo sharks, schools of riflefish and giant trevally. Dugong has been spotted here but it is very rare.

DAY 10

Padar Island Trek - Pink Beach - Trek with Komodo in Rinca Island - Sunset with the bats

At dawn the next morning, get ready for an adventure to Padar Island. A brief hike awaits, guiding you to hilltop viewpoints where you'll witness the breathtaking sunrise. Situated between Komodo and Rinca Island, Padar Island offers a fascinating panorama of three distinct turquoise bays, each adorned with a unique blend of sands. Here, one bay has pristine white sand, while another has a captivating mix of pink and black sand, remnants of the volcanic activities that shaped this stunning landscape.

Continue your cruise and visit the exotic pink sand beach. The sand appears pink because it is a mixture of white sand combined with red sand, formed from pieces of foraminifera. Considered the most beautiful snorkeling spot in Komodo National Park, you can swim with thousands of colorful fish around the coral garden. The type of reef you can find here is a rock wall encrusted with hard and soft corals. Located 40 km from Labuan Bajo, you can observe schools of riflefish, snapper, very tame groupers, lionfish and scorpionfish.

​You will then be ready to take a short hike to Rinca Island to observe the Komodos. In addition to the gigantic Komodo lizard, you can also admire the magnificent nature of this island. A tropical jungle inhabited by many wild animals such as deer, monkeys, wild boars and many exotic birds like parrots etc. which live freely in their natural jungle habitat.

Then your cruise today will end with the observation of hundreds of bats flying over the island at sunset. Komodo National Park is a truly exotic destination that offers more than just the Komodo dragon.

Kelor island - Snorkeling Menjarite - Return Labuan Bajo - To paradise remote island

This morning, your trip heads to the Kelor and Menjarite for an exciting snorkeling. En route, you will be greeted by hills adorned with savannah, emerging majestically in the middle of the vast blue ocean.

At noon, you will return to Labuan Bajo, taking with you precious memories of this enchanting journey. A taxi will be waiting to take you to your next hotel marking the end of this unforgettable adventure.

You will then go to a remote island in this archipelago. Where you will spend 2 nights in this piece of paradise. You will have a unique beach hut situated on a white sand beach.

DAY 12

Free day on the island

During this leisurely day, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in the splendor of your picturesque surroundings. Feel free to embark on a snorkeling adventure around the island, where you'll uncover the mesmerizing wonders of the underwater world right at your fingertips. Explore the vibrant marine life that thrives beneath the crystal-clear waters, and let the enchanting beauty of the ocean captivate your senses.

DAY 13

Retour Bali - To Balangan

Today you will return to the main island with a boat. Then when you arrive, the taxi is already waiting to take you to the airport which is 10 minutes away. You will take a short direct flight back to Bali for about 1.30 hours.

On your arrival our driver will welcome you at the exit with a sign of your name. He will drive you to the south, in the area of Balangan. Famous for its beautiful white sand beach and turquoise water.

Your stunning last hotel in Bali situated on a cliff with an overlooking view of the ocean. It has 2 outdoor pools and restaurant with view. Your double room bungalow is nicely decorated in tropical style. This hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the beach.

DAY 14

Free day with driver - Airport Bali - International flight

During your free day, you can enjoy your beautiful hotel. Or take a stroll on the beautiful Balangan Beach. Your driver will be available to take you to select locations before dropping you off at the airport.

 

The check-out time is at 11.00 am.

It's finally time to say goodbye to Bali, the island of the gods. You will leave Bali with many memories of a lifetime.
